What time will my apartment be ready?
The client may take possession of the apartment from 4pm on the day of arrival. Clients may check in (payment of Guarantee and reception of vouchers) from 2pm. Only in exceptional circumstances are keys given before 4 pm.
We are due to arrive after agency opening hours. How can we collect our keys?
For arrivals before and after agency opening hours, clients must contact the agency. We will organise a way for clients to collect their keys and move in to their apartment.
How do we pay the Guarantee?
The Guarantee may be paid by credit card or by French check. Cash is not accepted for Guarantee payment. The Guarantee is 230€.
When is the Guarantee paid back to the client?
For the Residences of Les Essarts, Bonheur des pistes, La Combe and Les Sports; the Guarantee is paid back on the day of departure after an inspection of the apartment. In the case of a night time departure, cheques will be returned by mail and credit card guarantees will be cancelled.
For the other apartments (Meublés Village and Residence Le Petit Mint Cenis), an apartment inspection will be undertaken by our staff between 2 and 4 pm. Cheques will be returned by mail, and credit card guarantees will be cancelled.
When should the client complete the inventory of the apartment?
Upon arrival, the client has 48 hours to submit the completed inventory to the agency. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
